Can count on one hand the days till our WDW visit! Staying at CSR. Are water recreation options (kayaks, etc.) at Coronado Springs available for our visit? What other water recreation options are available to us at other resorts or Downtown Disney?

I think you are really going to enjoy Coronado Springs Resort. My family stayed there several years ago and we had a great time and loved the rooms and the food at Pepper Market was really good and had a great variety of choices. While we didn't do any recreation activities at Coronado Springs Resort
other than the pool, there are a few to choose from such as jogging trails, volleyball at the Dig Site and fishing excursions on Lago Durado. You can rent kayaks at Fort Wilderness and Port Orleans Resort or pedal boats at Caribbean Beach Resort or Old Key West. There are also motorized boat rentals year round at various locations like the Contemporary Resort, Grand Floridian, Yacht and Beach Club, and Downtown Disney. Coronado Springs occasionally rents sea racers (2 person motor boats) on a seasonal basis, but this is not guaranteed.
There is also parasailing at the Contemporary Resort
. My husband and I did this on our honeymoon and I would highly recommend this! You will be amazed at the peaceful views you will get of the resorts on the Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake as well as some spectacular ones of Magic Kingdom! Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling (407) 939-0754 or visiting www.sammyduvall.com. Walk-ups are accepted at a first-come first serve basis if there is even availability. Guests younger than 18 years old must have an adult present.
Enjoy these awesome water activity choices and I hope they make your trip even more magical!
