We had a pair of tickets for any park other than Magic Kingdom paid for that we did not use during our recent stay. We have Magic Bands. When I sign into "My Disney Experience" I don't see where to go to insure the are still on my account.

Jackie, my cousin has an older ticket she purchased last year. She cannot remember how many days are left on it for our trip next month. Is there any one to call to check and see how many days are left before we get to Walt Disney World?
