Hello Disney Parents! To get a AP room rate (if there is a discount for your time of travel) do you have to have a active AP at the time of booking? Or just when you check in?

I want to purchase an annual pass for our trip at the end of April. When does the Annual Pass actually start? The date of purchase or the day I activate it at customer relations? I have called WDW twice and received two different answers...thanks!

I'm sorry you had to have the frustration of receiving two different answers. Rest assured, the Annual Pass starts the day you activate it and is good for 365 days from that point. read more
