I am planning to buy the pass online by International Express, is it the pass start count one year since the first day(22/5/2014) I go in the park?
Also can I get the room discount if the pass doesn't active????

When the Fast Pass+ rolls out, does anyone know if you can order fast passes with an annual pass that has not been activated at Disneyworld, yet?

I believe your Annual Pass needs to be activated and once it is, then you can proceed with FastPass+ selections. Otherwise, the system has no way of recognizing who is doing the reserving.
