After our wedding in October, we are meeting my sister in WDW and would like a small ceremony/celebration to include my sister in the wedding. We can't afford to pay Disney wedding prices, is there any other way we can do this? There will be 15 of us.

If the ceremony is going to be on Disney property, you have to go with Disney Wedding. I would still talk to them because they may have something to fit your budget or offer you suggestions.
