How do I make a reservation for the Chill Spa (teen spa) on the Disney Dream? I'm not seeing it on the Disney Cruise Line reservation system. Can I call ahead or do I have to wait until I board the ship?

My family will be on the Dream on 7/1. I will have 1 child in Vibe & 1 in Edge. It sounds like there are computers in each. Are they Internet accessible? Is this free access? If not could you explain the rate structure? Is it daily? Is it hourly?

I travelled with my two youngest daughters on the Wonder last summer. My now, 17-year old will be over 18 when we cruise again but she wants an experience like Aloft on our next cruise. I am not seeing anything for the young adult/college age crowd.
