Never cruised before so, how are the decks numbered? If I want a Royal Suite or a Navigators Room with verandah, how do I now what room number to request? I want an ocean view.

How can I find out the cost to puchase bottles of wine for dinner on the disney dream, and the cost to puchase beer or liquor for our stateroom? Is there a wine or liquor menu and price I can view on line? Travelling to disney in less than 3 weeks. tks.
