We're booked to sail Dec 1st out of Port Canaveral! The wedding will be taking place somewhere on board and we're hoping to do it in the afternoon, so we'd have time to get our hair done at the spa. How far in advance should we book the spa appointments?

I know alcoholic drinks are an extra charge onboard the ship/Castaway Cay. I'm a non-drinker, but I've seen several "non-alcoholic drinks of the day" on menus. Are they an extra charge as well? I don't drink much soda and I'd hate to be limited
