Disney Dream in August-Hooray! My daughter would love to do the Para sailing excursion at Castaway with me on her 8th birthday. The site says for ages 8 &up yet the fine print indicates a minimum weight of 90lbs. Can a 60lb 8yr old go tandem w/parent?

This is our first cruise ever -- For Castaway Cay, we made a reservation for the Extreme. But it says it's from 2-3p.m. What is that time for? We are really most interested in the stingrays. Should we do the stingrays or the entire extreme? Confused.
