As a military family stationed in SOCAL, are we eligible to make the SOCAL monthly payments for annual passports? I noticed that WDW allowed several different options of proof of residency but I'm not seeing that option for DL.

I am taking my son & his family to DL in March '14. I was wanted to get an AP to save with discounts etc. If not going until March '14 should I wait to get this pass until end of year or later. As I can get discounts when I get there, what R timesline

I am planning a trip to DL 11/18-22. I'm considering annual pass since we plan to go again next year when holiday decor is up. Do you happen to know when holdiay decor for 2014 goes up? Want to make sure our annual pass will not be expired by that time.

I know the AP expiration is from the date of first use. Would that be from the date I upgrade a 4 day parkhopper or from the date I first used the parkhopper? Specifically, could I upgrade a parkhopper on Aug 30, '13 and have it be valid until Aug 30, '14
