We are debating between our visit to Disney this year-Disneyland or DisneyWorld. From our past visits and from mousesavers.com we know the Disney World offers free dining around Thanksgiving time. Does Disneyland ever off free dining?

We are from OH and going to visit a relative living in Southern CA. Are we allowed to have her buy the SoCal park hopper tickets for us to use or must we too be SoCal residents? Also, if she has annual pass, can she buy tickets at discount for us?
