Are there any restrictions about wearing costumes while at Walt Disney World?

I have already reserved our dining for the week on our summer vacation, and it will decide which park we will be at on which day. I'm confused as many people have told me to wait until we get to Disney to plan our days. I don't want to miss out on dining

I just learned that there is a space shuttle launch scheduled while we are in Disney. Is there a really good spot in the Disney area to view the shuttle? I know it won't be a close up view but to at least see the shuttle in flight.

I am bringing my oldest son, he will be 24 next month , to wdw in march. He is in motorized wheelchair and cannot sit in anything else. i want to know are there any rides he can get on? Even the smallest of rides?
