We will be visiting WDW in December 2008. I know that the tickets to Mickey's Christmas Party don't go on sale until around May but when do they announce the dates of the party? This is our first trip during the holidays.

Is Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party really Not So Scary? We will be traveling with a 2 1/2 year old, and while Halloween is my favorite holiday I want to make sure that he has a fun time as well. Is there a targeted age group for this event?
