We will be at Disney Jan 2-8, when my husband is taking his mid-tour break from Afghanistan. We are hoping that the Christmas decorations will still be up at the parks since we have never been there around that time. Does anyone know if they still will be

Leaving for WDW on Thurs 12/5! We want to see gingerbread/holiday displays at resorts on our first day. Is there a self-guided tour/plan we can follow? Staying at S. Springs. I'm not familiar with what order we should go in. THANKS!

We are planning to visit Disney World over Thanksgiving, 2014 and are planning to head home that Friday. Are there any Disney Christmas experiences or events that don't begin until after Thanksgiving? I don't want to miss anything.

When do the decorations come down & special parades/fireworks end ? We have visited before so we just want to see the Xmas decor etc but want to leave it as late as possible to avoid most of the crowds. Can we park hop to see everything? We leave 10th

The decorations typically start coming down the first week of January (possibly between the 5th - 10th in 2014). The holiday shows will conclude around the same time.
