I currently have a reservation for the Family Magic Tour. I've seen several posts on here that mention going into rides, but I can't quite tell if you actually ride them. I'm just fuzzy on the details of the tour and would like a little more explanation.

Will be @ wdw in april. Considering the Wild Africa trek at AK. I would like to reserve a spot on one of our off days. I understand it will cost 189.00 $. Will I still need to use a day of my 5 day pass to get in just to enjoy this tour?

We were planning on a Keys to the Kingdom Tour on Friday or Saturday of the first week of December. I have seen that the Christmas Parade is filmed on those days. How does this affect the tour? Should we change to another day of the week? Thank you.
