I always check Moms panel when planning a WDW trip. Have a 9:00 dinner reservation at Chef Mickey's. What is the most convenient location to watch Wishes fireworks? (No earlier reservation times were available on line. )

We will be visiting in August and were wondering how uncomfortable it would be to go horseback riding in FL during our visit. Also, our daughter will be exactly one month from her 9th birthday. How much of a stickler is Disney with the age requirement?
