Swimming in the waters (besides the pools) is prohibited at WDW. While the sandy white beaches of the Caribbean Beach Resort are inviting, the water does not lend itself to swimming. Many of the creatures in WDW are quite friendly but the wild ones... read more
Here's a seemingly dumb ? re: the towel animals. Are they intended to be taken with you when you leave, or are they just to enjoy while you are there? I left ours this past trip, but would have loved to have brought them home for the grandbabies. . .

My 10-year-old daughter and I are staying at the Saratoga Springs resort for the first time this September. I would LOVE to get some spa time for a couple of hours. Are there supervised activities at the resort for kids her age?

There are no drop-off activities for children at Saratoga Springs. There are childcare centers that are open in the late afternoons and evenings at many of the deluxe resorts. Guest of any of the Disney hotels may use these facilities. You could... read more
Love the panel. Couldn't have planned our first trip to WDW without you guys! Staying at the BC end of Aug and planning on afternoons in the pool. Just found out friends will be at the Contemporary at the same time. Can they swim in our pool as our guests?

Hi Kim! I wish you could! We Disney Moms are at Walt Disney World at the same time a lot this year and it would be nice to just be able to hang out at the pool together since we usually are at different resorts. But the policy at Disney is no pool... read more
