looking to book a first time trip to WDW in late September, October or early Nov. Traveling with twin 5 year olds. Not really sure where to stay. Looking at Beach Club but not sure if we should stay closer to Magic Kingdom.

Heard about Walt's trains on display in the Spike Room at Wilderness Lodge Villa. Can anyone see these trains, or, do you have to be a DVC member and staying at the resort. Hubby loves trains, and looking for something a little off the beaten path. Thx

The most efficient way to get there, of course, would be by taxi. Driving time would take you about ten minutes. If you are relying on Disney transportation, you're best bet is to take either the bus or boat from Port Orleans Riverside... read more
This is a strange question. What time of day do the housekeeping staff come into your room? Is there a tag you can hang on your door if you are still sleeping in the earlly morning or taking an afternoon nap? First trip to WDW. Not sure what to expect.

The mousekeeping staff is at their busiest between check out time and check in time (generally between about 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.). They do start cleaning rooms of current guests a bit earlier, but I can't recall having been even approached to... read more
