We will be staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, I'm wondering how long it will take to get to Chef Mickeys and whats the best way to get there?

We are planning to stay at the Grand Floridian and have a reservation for Cape May for 6:00pm and tickets to Cirque Du Soleil. What is the best way to go from place to place and do you think the timing is too tight considering the 9:00pm show?

Is there a fee for parking at a Disney resort? Does that price only cover your resort or would we also be able to park at other resorts (ie: going to the Contemporary Resort for breakfast and needing to park)?
