we will be arriving on 4-16 and going to the MK first. I made dinner reservations for Chef Mickey but could'nt get in till 900pm. Since the MK closes at 700pm what should we do in between and what is the best way to get there from the MK or Epcot?

Hi Jacki! It takes a few hours for the Magic Kingdom to empty out. I like to get out of the throngs of people streaming out of the parks and detour into the giftshops. They are usually quite empty at closing time, but still open. It's a great time... read more
My family will be traveling to WDW in June (2 adults and 2 boys 5&6) when Fantasmic is offereed twice a night. Do you think that it would be beneficfial to use a TS at H&V from our DDP for the Fantasmic dinner show or just wait for the 2nd showing?

Yes, you are correct about crowds at that time of year. Early to mid-December is on the lighter side, so you should have no problem in getting fine seating to the Fantasmic show at Hollywood Studios. Another real... read more
I am planning a trip in October with my 10 year old daughter. She is not a big eater and she's picky. She would be happiest ordering from the children's menu. Do you think this will be a problem?

When I was at WDW a few weeks ago, my 60-something mom was not particularly hungry one day ordered off the children's menu. It was not any problem at all. Also, my 11-year-old daughter ordered about half her meals from the adult menus and half from... read more
