We will be taking our daughter to WDW in May.This trip is for her 6th birthday and it's her 1st visit.Want to maximize character dining experiences but not overdo so she will have time for everything else! Please help!!

My son has many food allergies. I understand that we can chat with the chef at the sit down restaurants (they have our allergy information). I am less clear on the counter service process. Can we get rice based bread, hamburgers w/out fillers, etc?

Hi Kara. Returning to WDW in 03/09. Can you recommend counter svce restaurants in each park that offer vegetables or something other than "brown food" (mac & cheese, chicken nuggets, etc) on the kids menu? Thanks so much for all your help.
