If I'm not staying at a Disney resort, is purchasing some type of dining plan an option, such as the quick service one or can you recommend a way to handle food in the theme parks? I'm trying to make it budget friendly for my family w/ 3kids

Hi, I would like to know if vegan kids have to order food in the kid's menu only if we have the dining plan. Can the chef prepare a kid version of the adult vegan meal without paying extra fees?
