I am planning our first trip to wdw in feb 09(first two weeks) and have read in some external sights that the parks close early during this time. Is this true and what time do they usually close? Trying to see all the parks and downtown disney as well.

Our 1st nite we have ADR for Chef Mickey's @7:35PM. It is a nite of the MNSSHP, thought we could maybe catch the Happy Hallowishes fireworks spectacular from one of the resort beaches. Where would you go?
