My family has used Magical Gatherings software to help with trip planning. Now that it is no longer available, what do you think would be the best way to keep our group of 60 in touch and up to speed with our trip information?

To you 3 DVC members, do any of you have 5 or more kids? If so, how satisfied are you with the amount of points you've purchased compared to how many it takes to reserve a room that will accomodate 5? Worried that it will not be a good value for us 5.
