I will be in WDW with my husband, 4 1/2 year old & a friend in Feb when I am six months pregnant.I hope to handle the walking & keep up, however,I understand there are electric convenience vehicles. Is a Dr's note required & can you explain

My question is we are going to Disney and I'm a diabetic and need to take my shots during the day. Do they have a sharps disposal in the parks? If so where would they be? Also can I store my insulin @ the first aid? Do they have a place?Thanks Lori
