My wife is in a wheelchair and we appreciate the accessibility allowed to disabled guests. I have recently heard that Disney is changing the rules. Can you tell me how?

The Guest Assistance Card that you are familiar with will be replaced
with the new Disability Access Service Card on October 9th. This new
system will still accommodate Guests who are unable to wait in a
conventional queue due... read more
How will the program work that is replacing the Guest Assistance Card? We are planning a trip to Disney World with our son who has Aspergers. As much information as possible would go a long way in our getting him prepared for what to expect.

This is a great question!

Good afternoon, my daughter age 30. Has disabilities and recently had a stroke in Sept. She has a wheelchair but gets very fatigued at times. How can I avoid waiting in lines for rides. She is going to be with her family of 8 adults and 2 children?

My family and I are due to arrive in WDW on Sept. 29th 2013. I've heard about the Love Bugs in Florida. Will they be there? Have they hatched specifically this year, not in theory? Should I cancel my trip? I'm so bugphobic

I hope I can put you at ease about our Florida love bugs, which tend to come out in the spring and again in the fall for a few weeks, typically in September.
I live in Central Florida and never notice the bugs unless I am driving a... read more
