Hi, I am sending my teenage daughter to Disney World with her show choir. My husband and I are not going on the trip. I want to send her with Disney gift cards as well as cash. Can the gift cards be used on food and drinks as well as souvenirs?

What is the best way to get from AoA to the Polynesian luau? Bus to HS and then Pol? Bus to MK and then monorail? We were at WDW in 11/12 but it has been 15yrs since I was at the Polynesian so I don't remember where on the property the luau is. Thanks!
