I've talked to several Cast Members regarding this question, but received different answers from all of them. Do Magic Bands expire on your check out date for annual passholders or will they still work because we have annual passes?

Hi Handan! The questions for the Magic Bands and Annual Pass holders have been coming through like crazy and seem to be some of the most confusing. I had great difficulty dealing with my own Annual Pass since it was a Premiere Pass and they were not able to link those to your My Disney Experience accounts and thus not to Magic Bands and Fastpass+.
They have been working hard on this issue and with some phone calls you should be able to link all passes now. As far as your question goes I can only tell you what I have personally experienced here this fall. Each day brings changes so my answer to you today might not be the answer tomorrow which drives everyone crazy. But we do have to realize this is a testing phase and the reason they test is to see what changes they need to make.
Although I have an Annual Pass I am only able to make Fastpass+ experiences for the days I have a resort reservation. Once that reservation has expired my Magic Bands have also become inactive. We are here in Fort Wilderness and have several reservations one right after the other so I have experienced some challenges with this.
I have talked with many cast members working on this project and there is nothing specific yet for the Annual Pass holders and the bands. The bands themselves can be used time and again but if you don't have a resort reservation it is not clear how they will handle this. I wish I could be of more help but trust me it is a work in progress and we all need to find patience as they work to make this a great system for all guests.
