Hi We are going on the Disney Dream next April.(2012) I have been reading your Q And A and I really don't want to wear kakis or a collared shirt when I am on vactions so what are my options to eat at night if I don't want to dress up?

Congratulations on your cruise next spring aboard the Disney Dream -- she is an amazing ship, and you're going to think you're living a dream when you sail!
Dining aboard the Disney Dream
is part of the fun and fantasy of sailing on a Disney ship. You really need to experience the wonder of dining in an opulent ballroom at Royal Palace, in an animator's studio at Animator's Palate and among an Enchanted Garden. Yet, if you want to stay in shorts and tees for dinner, you can either grab something from one of the counter service locations near the pools, or you can order room service for the ultimate in casual dining.
You're invited to dine at Cabanas in place of a Main Dining restaurant any night of your cruise. Bedecked in linen tablecloths and napkins, Cabanas is a more elegant affair at dinner than earlier in the day and offers a four-course, table-service dining experience for the entire family. The dress code for dinner at Cabanas is cruise casual. However, you are requested to not wear tank tops, swim wear or shorts at dinnertime.
I hope this helps you plan and moreover encourages you to reconsider packing some slacks for some unforgettable dining experiences. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
