Is there a charge for food and drink (non alcohol) on the Disney Dream and also on Castaway Cay?

Congratulations on your upcoming cruise aboard the Disney Dream -- having just stepped off the ship last month, I can proudly report that she is ready for you to sail!
Most every food and non-alcoholic beverage choice aboard Disney Cruise Line ships is included in the cost of your cruise fare. From the evening restaurants of Royal Palace, Enchanted Garden and Animator's Palate to the casual breakfast and lunch buffet of Cabanas, the food and drink is all you care to consume, and you never have to lift a credit card. There are also quick-service locations by the pools on Deck 11 which offer a little of everything, and there is a 24-hour beverage station always stocked with sodas, tea (hot & cold), coffee, water and lemonade. Of course, 24-hour room service is available to your stateroom which is also included in your cruise fare.
The only things which are extra are any alcoholic beverages (served or offered anywhere on the ship) or specialty drinks. Anything served from the adult nightclubs or lounges is extra -- including sodas and bottled water -- and snack and beverage offerings from Preludes (outside of the theaters) is not included in the price of the cruise.
As far as dining, there are two adult-only restaurants which charge an additional fee: Remy ($75 per person) and Palo ($20 per person). They are worth every extra penny you pay for an unforgettable experience and incredibly less than any similar dining on land.
Speaking of land, lunch at Disney's private island -- Castaway Cay -- is included in the price of your cruise fare as well. The abundant buffets at Cookie's and Cookie's, Too are both open with any extra charge to Disney guests. The non-alcoholic drinks there are included, but beverages anywhere else are extra -- such as at the Sand Bar or at Conched Out.
I hope this clears things up for you. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
