Bless you, Julie, for facilitating what could be the trip of a lifetime for your lucky middle school students!
I bet your kids are going to love the dining experience at the German pavilion's Biergarten. This is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Walt Disney World. Not only is the buffet stocked with outstanding German dishes, but the entertainment at this restaurant is delightful. Perhaps your kids will get up and dance when the oompah music begins. Be sure to have that camera ready! Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your stated reservation. You will be seated in groups of eight in this charming eating establishment.
Before or after your meal, steer your students to the Kim Possible kiosks throughout World Showcase in Epcot. This is a great activity for small groups of students to solve together. And, suggest that your students take full advantage of the fast pass system while visiting Disney's theme parks. This will shorten the amount of time you'll all spend waiting in line.
If you have additional, more specific questions, feel free to post them. I'd be happy to provide any guidance you feel might make your trip even more magical.
