Is the rider swap offered on all rides? An can my daughter ride with my husband an then ride again with me? we are traveling with and infant :) thanks!

I live in Houston, and Im so nervous about Disney. Im so busy with work and I havent had time to research. I dont want to stress out about this, but should we go while in Orlando? We have a 2 yr old. Would he have fun? Its so much $ is it worth

We are planning to attend dw in october. My son will be only one. I am having a hard time figuring what i need to get him tickets for. I have found i need to include him in dining but what about ticket for halloween party or if we attend cirque du soleil?
