I wanted to see if I can get this question answered.. We are planning of making a trip to WDW for our twins birthday but I was wondering if WDW is still doing the birthday special, where the child doesn't pay on their birthday.

I realize there is a special ticket for the Halloween event, but if we aren't going to any other parks that day, do we still need to use one of our regular days admissions in addition to the halloween ticket if we enter after 4 pm? Thanks!
