I'm taking a Disney Cruise with a 20 yr old and 19 yr old. What activities might they be interested in? They're too old for some things, and too young for others.. Suggestions appreciated

I am going on the Disney Dream with my 80 year old Mother in Law to celebrate her Birthday. It is just her and myself. We are gong Nov. 17-20th, our first cruise. We are staying in a Family Concierge room with veranda. Any tips?
