We are cruising on the Dream in Sept. 2011 what is the proper dinner attire for children and adults? I have been on other cruise ships before but never with my children and I was unsure if they were allowed to wear shorts or if we should stick to dresses.

We will be cruising on the Fantasy in June 2012, 7 nights. I have a question about dining dress code. On our first cruise last summer, we noticed lots of casual attire on all nights. Do men and boys really need jackets on formal and semi-formal nights?
