Do Palo and Remy have the same time schedule as the other dining rooms or can you reserve for specific times so that two sets of adults could juggle children and each get an opportunity for adult dining by having one set dine early and the other late?

Can the Chef's table at Remy accommodate just 2 people? How much is the cost? I know that it's $75 for the main dinning room. We dined chefs table at Victoria and Alberts and loved the experience! Going on 7 night Fantasy October 2014 sans kids!
