I am very interested in seeing the Uffizzi Gallery and Accademia in Florence during our stop in LaSpezia. Are there any excursions that offer this? I have only seen a "Tour on Your Own" option, or a walking tour that does not include these sigh

On the Mediterranean cruise that stops in Dubrovnik, can you please tell me if the boat docks directly at the port or is a tender used? Is this always the case, or does it depend on how many other ships are in port? Thanks!
