i have a question if i take my daughter for her third birthday to get a bibidi bobidi make over choosing the full package does tht mean she can dine with the princess and if so would that in clued a birthday special with a cake and goin on ride free?

We are going for dinner at chef mickey then we are doing the pirate and pals boat cruise and will be parking at the hotel, Is there a 3 hr limit and what happens if we need more time to do both dinner and cruise.
