We are planning to visit one of the Disney world water parks this summer and I wanted to know which one was better for my son, hes 3 years old.

We will be visiting Disney in October, and although we have been there before we have never gone to the water parks. My daughter will be 8 and my son will be 7. Which water park is recommended for their ages? Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon? Thank you!

My husband and I are taking our whole family to WDW Feb.24th- Mar. 3rd and I know the kids are gonna want to go to the water parks are they going to be open during that time? I'm from Ohio and the water parks up here are normally closed.

Even in the coldest of months, Disney always has at least one of the two water parks open. What they do is typically close one down in the late fall (this year that is Typhoon Lagoon), then one in the early part of the next year. So... read more
