We are planning to visit Grandma in Orlando sometime in January or February of 2014. We have non-expiring water park passes left from our last vacation. Can anyone tell me if BB or TL will be open during these months? Thank you!

You can, as long as there are no buckles, rivets, or any other type of metal. But just so you know, life jackets are available to guests for free at the water parks.
