we are planning a trip combining two families. the four children's ages range from 4 to 17 along with four parents. what water park would best suite our diverse ages and keep everyone happy?

Is there a big difference between Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach as far as activities, food options, amenities, one more busy than the other? We will only have time to visit one on our trip in July. Thanks

I am visiting Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach between June 27th and July 3rd 2011. I have a 8 year old 4 year old and 1 year old child. Besides the kid section and wave pools in each park is there any rides that we can all ride as a family?
