I have a 13 and a 10 year boy. Looking at Animal Kingdom OR Saratoga Spa...which pool is best for two active , water loving boys? Help!

DD and I will be at Caribbean Beach in May and want to rent Sea Raycers. Saw conflicting info. Previous post said you could reserve, when I called WDW I was told you could not reserve. Hope you can advise as we want to do something different this year.

we will be staying in th new art of animation hotel in november. I am wondrring if there are any rules on flotation devices for toddlers. we use a puddle jumper at home. Is that somthing allowed in the pools and the waterparks?
