Is the trundle bed at Port Orleans Riverside heavy and big enough to hold an 11 year old boy who stands 5'5" and weights 150 lbs? I have a family of five, 2 adults, 2 -5 year olds and the 11 year old

Throughout some of the resort listings I see reference to "Club Concierge-Level" where you are able to get some upgrades and more ammenities. Can you explain what this is and how would I go about getting it? Thanks! Love this website!
