We are early birds (5:30 am). Is there a restaurant in/near the Carribean Beach Club with GOOD coffee that is open by 6 am?

We will be visiting Disney but staying off site (for the first time). If we book dining at Chef Mickeys or Ohanas can we park at the hotel for the meal? Is there a parking charge? Is there a time limit for the parking?
