I am a FL resident going to the Magic Kingdom in 2 days on 11/21. I bought tickets to MK and made an 8:10am reservation for breakfast. Can I still eat at the Crystal Palace since FL residents can't get their will call tickets until the park opens?

Going to try 'Ohana's for the first time!!! Want to go while Wishes is on. If Wishes is scheduled at 10:00pm, what time do you suggest for a reservation? 8:45pm? This gives us time to ask for window seat for viewing? or 8:30? 9:00? Thanks for advice.
