Hello! In the past my mom has received a Guest Assistance Pass for multiple health issues. Her doctors have provided letters that we would take to guest services. What will she need to bring with the change in the process? Any info will be appreciated!

There have been several changes under the new system but as with the Guest Assistance Card, your Mom will not be required to provide any documentation to obtain a Disability Access Service (DAS) Card.

My husband and I are booked for a Backstage Magic tour in late January. I will need to rent a wheelchair for the tour. Are wheelchairs allowed, and can I rent a wheelchair at the Epcot meeting site.

My 5yrold has SPD,withthe new DAS he be able to stay in his stroller as long as possible in line?Also,if he meltsdown in line&needs to flee will we all have to exit or can I just take him for a regroup while his dad&siblings ride? TY
