ADR stands for Advance Dining Reservation which is Disney's reservation system. You can call Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE up to 180 days in advance to book reservations or you can book them online on the Disney website.

Are there strollers available for rent and is it on a daily basis and what is the cost?

You can rent single and double strollers at WDW either for a single day for the length of your stay. Complete pricing information can be found HERE.
