I have read somewhere where you can get Fast Pass first inline passes on your Birthday. I will be going to Disney World and my friends daughter will be turning 13 while we are there. Do you have to have proof of birthday?

Hi Shannon!
It looks like your Walt Disney World vacation is right around the corner, how exciting! Currently Disney does not offer a front of the line pass for anyone, which keeps waiting in line fair among all guests. The
Fastpass system is a wonderful way to "reserve" your spot in line, at participating attractions you can insert your ticket and you will receive a Fastpass letting you know what time to come back. When it's time to ride the attraction you just hand your Fastpass to a cast member and proceed through the Fastpass line which is normally considerably shorter.
Disney World does offer some great ways to help you
celebrate birthdays or any special occasion. At your Disney Resort or Guest Services, be sure to ask for the special birthday button. This lets cast members know that she is celebrating a special day. At select restaurants, you can have a special cake or dessert ordered to compliment your meal. To order a cake just call (407)827-2253, it's best to do this as soon as possible as they do require a minimum 48 hours notice.
Disney Floral also offers some great surprises that can be left right in your room. Also, be sure to check out the special birthday ears and hats to help commemorate her special day. Thank you for visiting us at The Mom's Panel and we are always thrilled to answer any question you may have.
Have a Magical Vacation!
