Hi
We are arriving early evening to our resort Wilderness Lodge. What do you suggest for our first evening. We are flying from the UK so will be jet lagged. I wondered about Chip n Dales campfire singalong and a water pageant ???.

I think that sounds like a good plan. I'd recommend making a dining reservation at Trail's End at Fort Wilderness before the campfire sing-along if that's what you want to do. That's one of the better buffets on property and absolutely the best value in my opinion. It's easy to get to Fort Wilderness from the Wilderness Lodge since there is a boat that runs between those two resorts and the Contemporary. Another great option at Fort Wilderness is the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue; if it was me, I think I would pick this dinner show to do!
Another option is to take the boat from the Wilderness Lodge to the Contemporary and then dining at one of the Magic Kingdom monorail resorts. A good option might be to dine at the Polynesian and then to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the beach there. It's a lot of fun and romantic!
