Thanks for coming back with another question, we are happy to help!  I'm glad to see you are thinking about purchasing Disney's PhotoPass.  It is a great way for families to capture professional quality pictures that has the entire family in the photos with picturesque backdrops.  

When guests arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, you will find PhotoPass Photographers throughout the Theme Parks and at other select locations on Walt Disney World Property.  After your first photo you will receive a PhotoPass card.  Be sure to give your card to the other photographers every time they take your picture so that your photos will all be in one place.  Not to worry, if you forget your card, or if you need another, all of your photos can be loaded onto one card later.  There is no cost for having your photos taken, you are paying for the photos on the Disney PhotoCD you will receive with all of your pictures from your vacation.  When you arrive back home, you will be able to order your PhotoCD from the Disney PhotoPass website.

Although prices are subject to change, there is a significant discount if you pre-order Disney's PhotoPass.  I really do feel that it is a worthwhile purchase, if you are a family who will take a lot of pictures while on vacation.  If you don't typically take many pictures, you may want to just purchase a few of your favourite shots taken throughout your vacation.
